The problem
Northwind ran their entire dispatch operation through a portal built in 2013. Every page was a full round trip, and their dispatchers were opening six tabs to do one job.
What we did
We rebuilt the platform around a live data layer, so a shipment status change appears on every open screen immediately. Dispatch went from six tabs to one.
Outcome
Load time dropped 91%, and dispatch throughput rose by a third without adding headcount.
