The problem
Four engineers, three interpretations of every button. Orbit was rebuilding the same components per feature.
What we did
We audited every screen, consolidated 140 one-off components into 32, and delivered them as a Figma library matched to a coded component set.
Outcome
Feature delivery time halved and their UI stopped drifting.
